Michel Gonzalez

A native of Venezuela and classically trained in Spain and at Berklee College of Music, Michel is an incredibly versatile guitarist.

Michel Gonzalez is a guitar player, composer, arranger and educator, born in Venezuela and classically and jazz trained in Spain. He was awarded a scholarship from AIE (Society of artist and performances of Spain) to attend Berklee College of music, where he graduated Magna cum laude with a degree in Professional music. In addition, he took master classes with Pat Metheny, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Charlie Banacos, Jorge Pardo and Barry Harris. In 2013, he was nominated by Latin Grammy Academy for participated as arranger, producer and guitar player in  " Para Ser Un Sol" by Jesus Hidalgo.
